We’ll take care of every aspect of your project, including guiding you through each step of your preparations and coordinating all of your suppliers once your plan is set into motion. Finding or creating your new space

  • We perform location reviews to make sure your new office is in just the right place – one that optimizes business opportunities and minimizes staff turnover.
  • If you decide that you want a new space built to your specifications, we make your ideal working environment a reality by confirming layouts and organizing and managing the entire construction process from start to finish. Our connections to top designers, architects and construction teams will help you avoid conflicts and delays.
  • We also take care of details such as trade certification, demolition, waste disposal, hiring police and security, and coordinating the efforts of skilled tradespeople, including painters, electricians, drywallers, HVAC technicians, plumbers and installers.

Planning and managing your move

We will develop a relocation plan that meets your goals and accounts for every possible detail of your move.

  • We start by helping you clarify your goals, needs and expectations, as well as define the scope of work required.
  • Then we set a timeline or work with your existing one to create a schedule and budget.
  • We also help negotiate leases, prepare proposal requests and select suppliers, such as general contractors, designers, real estate agents and skilled tradespeople.
  • We select and install furniture, appliances and signage, as well as specialty equipment, such as voice and data transmission systems, central data processing units, local area networks and medical gear.

Moving you in and setting you up

Our commitment to your relocation continues with the orchestration of your physical move.

  • We monitor and manage packing and labeling, arrange insurance coverage, handle claims if necessary and oversee installations.
  • We also make sure that your space is ready for you to enjoy by attending to temperature and sound control, air balancing, the integration of tenant security systems with existing facilities, and safety and fire regulation policy adherence.
  • We always follow-up on deficiencies until they are satisfactorily resolved.

Managing your new facility

  • We provide any necessary assistance in resolving post-relocation questions or concerns.
  • Our handyperson is always available for small touch-ups and repairs.
  • You’ll stay up-to-code with our helpful fire safety check reminder service.
  • We provide ongoing maintenance reminders, trouble-shooting assistance and facility consultation, including the selection and installation of fire equipment, such as sprinklers and extinguishers, and the purchase, replacement and modification of furniture.
